We know that the needs of producers differ and use many years of industry experience and customer knowledge to provide a range of house designs and environments that meet the general and specific needs of grandparent, parent and pullet rearing flocks.
Killen housing provides the conditions that all flocks, including pedigree breeding stock, need to perform to maximum capacity. That means attention to detail and we consult with customers to make sure the units we design and construct meet specifications for nest layout, slats, ventilation, feeding and water.
Our design options include a range of layouts for office space, egg stores, packing facilities, tunnels and link ups, while other design features include light baffling on inlet vents and fan housings. This keeps light during rearing and laying stages and is easily removed for cleaning.
